General Terms and Conditions
For all prices and offers, Agile For Growth reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, course discontinuation, provider’s price changes, errors in advertisements – if any and other circumstances. However, the price you’ve already paid is protected.
While you may have filled an interest form on our websites, discussed with us via phone, email, chat, etc. None of that confirms your seat at the workshop. As soon as we receive your payment, we’ll be able to confirm your seat at a workshop. We recommend you pay early and secure your seat as soon as you can. If a workshop is sold out, we will block your seat for the next workshop.
Substitution: Substitutions are accepted. They must, however, be notified via email, at least 48 hours prior to the workshop.
Rescheduling is permitted when circumstances are beyond a client’s direct control. All reschedules must be requested over email at support at agileforgrowth dot com. A credit note toward future workshop organized by Agile For Growth is provided as below:
• 21 days to the workshop – 100% credit towrad future workshop
• 20-10 days to the workshop – 75%
• 9-2 days to the workshop – 50%
• Less than 48 hours to the start of the workshop: No credit.
Rescheduling is permitted only once.
All cancellations must be notified to us via email at support at agileforgrowth dot com and we will initiate the refund of the amount received by us as below:
• 21 days to the workshop – 100% minus an administrative charge of USD 70.
• 20-14 days to the workshop – 75%
• 13-10 days to the workshop – 50%
• 10 or Less than 10 days to the workshop – No refund
Please allow 10-15 business days this refund amount to reflect in your account.
C) No Shows:
No shows do not qualify for any refund or credit toward future workshops. In rare circumstances, when all of the registered participants can not make it to the workshop – in the case of a major natural calamity or curfew, the participants will be issued a credit minus administrative charges. This credit is good for 90 days and can be used toward future workshop organized by Agile For Growth.
Schedule Changes, Course Discontinuation:
In unavoidable cases, unavailability of trainer, Agile For Growth may re-schedule or merge workshops. In the case of any such changes, we would duly notify all the participants whose payment has already been received by Agile For Growth. We would make all possible attempts to offer you alternate date, trainer options to complete your training and certification at the earliest but latest within 12 months of the original workshop date. For all such date changes, Agile For Growth will not be liable for any expenses or inconvenience caused due to leaves applied at work, travel booked etc. We encourage that you get our class confirmation notification or talk to us, before making travel reservations.
Discounted and Part-Payment Registrations:
Agile For Growth offers discounts and part-payment options to those who are unemployed, and financially challenged. These discounted are transparently available to all via our website and we trust that you’ll register with a discounted seat only if your financial situation is challenged and you are currently unemployed. All the discounted and part-payment registrations are ‘final sale / clearance’ type tickets and do not qualify for any refunds or reschedules. For any unavoidable and emergencies situations if we agree to allow rescheduling to a different date – there will be a $140 rescheduling charge. Rescheduling is subject to Agile For Growth’s discretion.
