Certified LeSS Basics (CLB) Workshop

Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework that scales Agile development across multiple teams while reducing organizational complexity. Built on Scrum principles like transparency, empiricism, and self-managing teams, LeSS provides simple rules to help organizations adopt Agile effectively at scale.

The Certified LeSS Basics (CLB) Workshop is a one-day introductory course that offers a concise overview of the LeSS framework and its core concepts, helping you decide if LeSS is the right fit for your organization.

Preparing for the Course

Basic Scrum knowledge is expected and can be achieved by attending a Certified ScrumMaster or a Professional ScrumMaster course, or by thoroughly reading Scrum introduction material such as the Scrum Primer or Scrum Guide and practicing Scrum.

Less Adoption

For LeSS adoption, it is recommended that the entire team takes the 3-day Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) course. It prepares the whole team to benefit from the LeSS framework, organizational redesign, systems dynamics, feature teams, requirement areas, LeSS guides, and experiments. The CLP course also covers ideas for LeSS adoption.
