I’m a Scrum practitioner dedicated to helping teams become agile, hyper-productive, and growth-focused. With over a decade of leadership experience, I have guided distributed, multi-team programs of up to 60 members, delivering customer value through rapid development and continuous feedback.
I recently led large-scale Scrum implementation in a regulated environment, enabling consistent monthly releases using Scrum and Kanban. I coach leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams, with a strong focus on enterprise transformation, high-performing teams, and positive psychology.
Coach and train leaders, Product Owners, ScrumMasters, and teams on the Scrum framework, Lean, and XP practices. Some teams I trained had never heard of Scrum before and others I coached had been practicing it for over two years.
Helped clients transition their teams from a defined SDLC process to the Scrum framework. I trained hundreds of leaders, managers, Product Owners, and team members on the Scrum framework with on‑the‑job training and coached them during their transformation journey. I acted as a ScrumMaster, Coach, and facilitator as teams developed into mature Agile teams. Depending on the team’s context, need, and maturity, I coached teams with the Scrum framework, XP practices, the Kanban method, and Lean principles.
Most of the product teams I worked with were large‑scale product development initiatives with multiple teams working on one product.
ScrumMaster for a large mobile app product development program that included two in‑house (NYC) and three remote teams (Ukraine). I facilitated Scrum meetings, collaboration among teams, helped teams remove impediments, and coached team members and the Product Owner on the Scrum framework.
Some challenges that we successfully handled were designing feature‑based teams, communication across multiple teams, ensuring continuous integration and smoother check‑ins for all team members, prompt notification of failed builds and ownership of fixing the broken builds, shared code reviews, and participation in the Scrum of Scrums where more than 12 representatives from various teams participated.
